Dear Partners,

Kindly be informed that the UK Home Office has suspended Buckinghamshire
New University=E2=80=99s Student sponsor license with immediate effect.

Until further notice, please do not submit or promote new student
applications to Buckinghamshire New University through Edvoy, particularly
where a new Student visa/CAS will be required.

The university has 20 working days to respond to the Home Office decision,
and we will continue to monitor the situation and provide an update once
there is further official guidance.

For students currently sponsored by the university, the Home Office has
confirmed that they can continue their studies while the suspension remains
in place, provided their immigration permission remains valid.

Please ensure your counselling teams are aware and do not make commitments
or provide assurances to prospective students regarding new applications
until the situation is resolved.

Thank you for your cooperation and attention to compliance.

Best Regards,

Benjamin Arko
