Hello Partner,

There is an increasing need for every counsellor on your team to become
British Council Certified, as UK universities are placing greater emphasis
on *compliance* =E2=80=94 particularly around the new *BCA (Basic Complianc=
e
Assessment) metrics* used by UKVI to assess institutions.

If any member of your team has not yet enrolled, the training is *completel=
y
free* and can be accessed here:
https://www.britishcouncil.org/education/education-agents/training-agents

We strongly encourage all counsellors to complete the certification as soon
as possible, to stay up to date with industry best practices and compliance
requirements.

Thank you for your continued support.

Feel free to book a meeting <http://calendar.app.google/CUrEdJV8jLnFdZw66>
with me to discuss further on this as well as any other issue.

Best Regards,

Benjamin Arko
