NOTICE
Subject: Caps on Maximum School Applications per Applicant

This is to inform all staff and applicants that, effective Monday, 
October 20, 2025, a new policy on school applications will take effect.

The Study Abroad Department, in collaboration with our international 
partners, has agreed to implement a cap of five (5) school applications 
per applicant across all destinations worldwide.

Once an applicant has used their five (5) allotted applications, any 
additional applications will attract a payment of 50% of the initial 
registration fee before they can be processed.

This measure is intended to promote efficiency, fairness, and effective 
management of our global application partnerships.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to 
streamline our operations and enhance service quality.
